Also worthy of note is that on it's way to having all my data destroyed, my PowerBook lost one of its rubber feet, so now it's good and wobbly when I type on it. Luckily, this fantastic service has not cost me a thing in monetary terms, since it's under warranty. Only my time, which has been in extremely short supply lately, is wasted.
