Spent the weekend partly in Canada doing some gambling whilst preparing a friend for married life, and then went home to Jamestown to see the folks and give my dad his birthday present, since I wasn't around for his birthday. I got him a Buck knife from Cabela's, with an elk laser-cut into the blade. He really liked it, which made me happy.
Watched Super Bowl last night. Didn't really care about either team, and the commercials felt lackluster this year. Still, it was a good time hanging out with friends and watching football, since I still like to see the television violence that only football affords us.
